Update All

Enabling the Update All feature allows you to automatically update every third-party app installed on your Macs that exist in the Patch Catalog. With over 700 apps supported, Alectrona Patch can quickly identify and update any out-of-date apps on your Macs, ensuring compliance in no time. And if you need to update your command line tools, we've got you covered as well.

Update All is particularly useful in organizations where users have administrative privileges and can install applications that are not managed. These applications would typically not be included in the scope of updates.

We have put a lot of thought into the design of Update All. It includes features such as concurrent background downloads of installation packages and ordered installation, which minimize disruptions to users and ensure that the Mac is brought into compliance quickly.
